Plot

Carl Black is a successful author who has moved his family back to his childhood home in Chicago after surviving a night of terror in Beverly Hills. The neighbor is Dr. Mamuwalde, a pimp who claims to be a descendant of the African prince who inspired the legend of Dracula. He has a harem of female vampires who seduce and kill men for their blood. Carl becomes suspicious of Mamuwalde and his activities, and tries to warn his family and friends, but no one believes him. He decides to investigate Mamuwalde's house with the help of his oddball neighbors, including Cronut (Duval), a drug dealer; Rico (Turner), a snitch; Freezee (Bachelor), a rapper; Mr. Wooky (Blackson), an African immigrant; and Hugo (Danny Trejo), a former gangster. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles and dangers, such as zombies, werewolves, clowns, and Mamuwalde's henchmen.
