Gua Sha is a method of practice from Chinese Medicine, also known as "scraping". This technique is incredibly powerful on tackling stagnation of Blood and Qi within the Meridian Channels. Also benefiting the flow of connective tissue, Fascia and Muscle Fibres. It is fantastic in assisting the movement of Lymph fluid that eliminates waste and toxins from the circulatory system and also on adhesions of the muscular system. An incredible simple yet effective technique that works. It's also fabulous on the face to improve blood, Qi and lymph circulation, offering a natural healthy glow and replenishment of plasma nutrients and oxygen !! On this course you will learn how to use Gua Sha tools made from, Jade, Rose Quartz, Bian Stone, Stainless Steel instruments, spoons and Carnelian Gua Sha crystal stones. You will also learn how to use silicone massage cups at basic foundation level. The combination of massage and both of these tools are proven to be hugely effective. Cancellation Policy

As of April 9th 2023. All appointments require a NON Refundable 50% booking fee at the time of booking.  In the event of a cancellation the booking fee is non refundable and the cancellation policy below will apply. Should you need to cancel your appointment within any time frame, the booking fee will be retained, it isn't redeemable against any other treatment.  Should you cancel your appointment on the day, an invoice for the remaining 50% will be sent to you. If you have paid the full amount for a treatment/special offer 50% of payment will be retained as the booking fee and 50% will be sent to you as a credit note. Any cancellation using a Gift card, voids the gift card entirely. All gift cards have 1 year to be used. Any expired gift cards will be void after this time. Any gift cards near their expiration date can be topped up for another year for £20. I completely understand that things can happen last minute and I assure you that I will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Any refund that I choose to process will be dealt with on an individual basis, and will be sent back minus the bank/paypal charges I have incurred.
