Service Description

A full range of treatments designed for all types of events, it is particularly popular for regular office massage wellbeing days. Reduce stress and sick leave in your business with onsite Holistic therapies. There is a known correlation between physical well-being and staff performance. Having a Holistic Therapist on site has long term benefits, improves productivity, boosts morale and reduces absence in the work place. Treatments times 15 mins from £10 30 mins from £20 Minimum of 5 employees. I can offer flexible packages for your company to suit your time limits and your needs. Other treatments are available on request. T&C’s 45p per mile if you are further than 10 miles from NN7 1LF An invoice will be sent, and a non refundable booking fee will be needed 14 days before the day of the treatment. The remaining amount will be expected to be paid on the day of the treatments SET UP AND PACK AWAY TIME NEEDED. A room with enough space for a therapist to have a couch/ massage chair and enough room for the therapist to move around is needed.

Cancellation Policy

As of April 9th 2023. All appointments require a NON Refundable 50% booking fee at the time of booking.  In the event of a cancellation the booking fee is non refundable and the cancellation policy below will apply. Should you need to cancel your appointment within any time frame, the booking fee will be retained, it isn't redeemable against any other treatment.  Should you cancel your appointment on the day, an invoice for the remaining 50% will be sent to you. If you have paid the full amount for a treatment/special offer 50% of payment will be retained as the booking fee and 50% will be sent to you as a credit note. Any cancellation using a Gift card, voids the gift card entirely. All gift cards have 1 year to be used. Any expired gift cards will be void after this time. Any gift cards near their expiration date can be topped up for another year for £20. I completely understand that things can happen last minute and I assure you that I will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Any refund that I choose to process will be dealt with on an individual basis, and will be sent back minus the bank/paypal charges I have incurred.
