As I sit here in lockdown, I can’t help but feel loved, your support and loyalty by messenger, email and text is immense, and it means so much to me. From paying for treatments upfront to buying products from me and to buying vouchers for the NHS and Key workers, people you have never met but who we all feel a sense of solidarity with at these troublesome times… you are all still supporting my little business in so many ways and I will forever be grateful. As a little pay back for your loyalty I have now automatically set up a loyalty points reward scheme in my online diary, so no more forgetting to bring your reward points card in.
The diary now automatically keeps track of spending and points yay!
I want you to feel extra cared for, membership to this is free. My loyalty rewards program is paperless and plastic free, which sits comfortably with me and my attempt to produce less waste.
Your reward points will be updated automatically and through your profile on my booking system. I can update you with a balance at any time. ( there will eventually be a way for you to keep track too).
Points can be added to my system with both treatments and products, but can only be redeemed on treatments.
For every £150 spent with me you get the choice of a £10 voucher emailed to you directly for use against a treatment or a TEWC May Chang Cream cleanser.
Recommend a new client that hasn’t visited me before and attends an appointment, you will receive a £10 voucher automatically.
If you have a paper points card, I can transfer your points over to this new system.
